The West Japan Rail Firm (JR West) has unveiled a brand new futuristic employee that’s tasked with infrastructure jobs thought of too dangerous for people. And folks? It’s a large robotic humanoid that appears like a cross between WALL-E and a Transformer.

First noticed by Information Atlas, the robotic has a a big human-like torso and terrifying, mechanical claw-hands. It’s mounted on a hydraulic crane, which rides across the rail system on a specifically made car.
