Staff Changes at ADD Systems

ADD Systems (Advanced Digital Data, Inc.), a leading supplier of software solutions to the convenience store and energy distribution industries, has announced several staffing changes.

Linda Carrer

Linda Carrer, valued customer support manager, has retired after 30 years with ADD Systems. Carrer instilled in her support team the importance of being good listeners, always seeking to understand client needs to give the best support possible. She strongly believed that relationships were at the heart of her role, both within the support group and with ADD clients.

“The customer support team has thrived under Linda’s leadership. She’s taken the group to the next level with a superior commitment to getting the job done right,” shared Rob Culbertson, senior vice president and COO at ADD Systems. “She will be missed, but her contributions will be felt for years to come.”

Steve Tymikiw

Steve Tymikiw has been promoted to customer support manager to fill the void from Carrer’s retirement. Tymikiw has been with ADD Systems for over 23 years and brings a wealth of software knowledge, as well as significant experience working directly with ADD clients.

Andy Katsigiannis, Director of IT and customer support for ADD Systems, shared: “We are excited Steve has accepted this position, and grateful that he had a chance to work with his predecessor to ensure a smooth transition. Steve brings strong leadership skills, organizational expertise and product proficiency with him, and we look forward to his contributions in this new role.”

Tymikiw previously worked as an application and integration manager in the Implementation & Training Department. In that role he worked closely with clients, managing high priority projects. Prior to that he gained valuable industry experience as an accountant with two large energy marketers.

“I’m really excited to take on this new role, and I’m grateful to have had the chance to learn from Linda. The customer support group is a fantastic group of people, and I look forward to helping make our support performance even better,” Tymikiw said.
